  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    .Successful coaching experience
    .Ability to meet the WIAA coaching certification standards
    .Valid First Aid/CPR card
    .Proven ability to organize and promote athletics programs
    .Ability to communicate and work with student athletes parents and coaches in a mutually
    supportive and positive manner

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The season begins June 23 2025 and concludes August 19 2025. The
    successful candidate will be responsible for:
    .Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for high school athletes across
    various sports.
    .Supervise workouts to ensure safety proper technique and positive motivation.
    .Collaborate with coaches as needed.
    .Track progress and provide feedback to athletes and coaching staff.
    .Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
