The SVP of IT & Business Transformation Services is responsible for supporting change initiatives at SERV Behavioral Health System Inc. across crossfunctional teams in multiple capacities. This role contributes to the implementation and ongoing support of the organizations technology infrastructure mission driven clinical work policies and procedures.
The SVP works alongside all leadership teams business services and practice group departments to provide ongoing service and support to SERV Behavioral Health System Inc. The SVP of IT & Business Transformation Services reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee technology infrastructure (networks computer systems and IT assets)of the organization to ensure optimal performance including local and wide area connectivity and remote access;
- Plan deploy and maintain SERV information technology systems including but not limited to EHR;
- Lead and mentor IT & Business Transformation Services team providing guidance training and support;
- Lead and support largescale projects incorporating proactive and innovative solutions to address business challenges and achieve organizational goals and objectives;
- Provide processes structures policies and tools for individual project and program management across the organization;
- Seek synergies across the business; establish shared infrastructures common systems and use of technology to support business processes;
- Develop and implement information technology policies procedures and best practices to support organizational goals;
- Direct project management staff and work with other department leaders to define prioritize and develop projects and programs;
- Identify technology updates and optimize systems as appropriate;
- Facilitate setting timelines dashboards associated budgets and financial benchmarks;
- Provide comprehensive plans and standardized data reports using existing EHR and any applicable interconnected software;
- Collaborate at all levels of the organization;
- Oversee relationships with vendors contractors and service providers related to IT infrastructure;
- Ensure data and hosts are secure protected from threats and meet regulatory requirements;
- Other duties as assigned or as necessary to meet departmental or organizational objectives

REQUIRED LICENCES AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or related field; Masters or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of management and leadership experience.
- 10 years of planning or program management experience in a highgrowth dynamic rapidly changing healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic operations and technology projects and processes.
- Valid Drivers License in state of residence.
