Harney District Hospital of Burns Oregon is seeking a fulltime EVS tech. In this role you will be responsible for daily cleaning assignments washing drying and folding laundry and maintaining work areas in a clean order. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive daily cleaning assignments and follow cleaning schedules.
- Perform various cleaning tasks at all hospital campus areas including surgical unit such as dusting; mopping and floors; emptying trash containers; wash walls windows screens and blinds.
- Wash dry fold sort and dispense hospital linen.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures in work areas.
- Maintain work areas in a clean orderly and secure manner.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- General knowledge of housekeeping methods and materials.
- General knowledge of safe usage care and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Availability to work holidays evenings and / or weekends.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work or volunteer experience performing institutional housekeeping tasks preferred.
