We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager with a strong desire to further our mission through innovation. In this role youll own theLifecycle area of Nooms Growth team and drive the strategy and execution for how we engage our existing users (free and paid) and help them discover adopt and benefit from more of Nooms offerings. Youll lead initiatives that increase customer lifetime value (LTV) by improving inapp monetization upsell crosssell retention and churn prevention. Working closely with Product Design Engineering Data and CRM teams youll identify key opportunities run experiments and launch highimpact experiences across the user journey. Youll also collaborate with Marketing to ensure a cohesive transition from external acquisition to inproduct engagement.
What Youll Be Doing
- Contribute to the product strategy and own execution for inapp engagement monetization and retention efforts.
- Identify opportunities to drive upsell crosssell and reduce churn through datadriven experimentation and optimization.
- Use behavioral data user research and experimentation to develop and validate product hypotheses.
- Work crossfunctionally with Design Engineering CRM and Data teams to bring highimpact features to life.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on messaging and ensure continuity between external campaigns and inproduct experience.
What Were Looking For
- 6 years of experience in product management ideally in growth user engagement or monetization within a consumer tech environment (freemium SaaS or eCommerce experience a plus).
- Demonstrated success driving user retention and inproduct monetization through experimentation and insights.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with user research data analysis and A/B testing.
- Ability to manage projects in a fastpaced environment prioritize effectively and deliver results with limited oversight.
- A usercentered mindset with empathy for customer needs and behaviors.
- Proactive communicator and effective crossfunctional collaborator.

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $176000 $238000.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies scope and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.

- Exceptionally strong remote candidates willing to travel to a Noom office up to once per month will be considered on a casebycase basis
