The PM will assist the Training and Certification (T&C) executive in the daytoday management of business and operations. The candidate must strive in a dynamic fast paced environment while balancing a mix of program operational and strategic responsibilities. This role will play an important role in the business planning process and will work closely with our Strategy and Operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven executive level communication skills. They will be organized detailoriented have a knack for problem solving driving consistency and efficiency across the organization. In addition this candidate must uphold a high standard of integrity and discretion and tactfully handle highlevel confidential matters.
Key job responsibilities:
Facilitate progress of executive goals and targets
Work with leaders and stakeholders to drive project execution and deliver on agreedto project requirements
Identify efficiency opportunities and drive associated initiatives to improve performance and success of the organization
Engage with finance and operations to help make datadriven decisions
Engage Amazon wide on T&C initiatives and manage mechanism for synergetic team connections
Support the annual planning process headcount allocation and portfolio management for T&C
Drive accountability for action items needed to drive business goals forward
Set and drive regular cadence of communications to various internal stakeholders
Prepare updates and business reviews for internal leaders
A day in the life:
A successful PM in this role will make the executives role more efficient and scalable and will work with other leaders to drive the business forward. They will obtain deep knowledge and expertise in large scale business and technical operations and is expected to develop a broad understanding of business and operations across T&C and Global Services.

10 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
