Position Overview
As a Marketing Creative youll support visual marketing and content creation efforts across digital and print channels. Youll photograph plants edit shortform videos create social media posts manage digital assets and help develop visually compelling marketing materials. This role combines creative execution with organizational precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Videography: Capture highquality content of plants facilities and events.
- Video Editing: Produce shortform video content for social media and internal use.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain photo video and marketing files.
- Database Updates: Keep plant information and marketing materials organized and current.
- Social Media: Assist with scheduling and publishing posts across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn.
- Graphic Design: Support creation of promotional materials signage and email graphics.
- Creative Input: Contribute ideas based on visual trends and brand goals.
Requirements
- Strong creative eye with basic photography and video editing skills
- Familiarity with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut (or willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Interest in plants or horticulture is helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $19.57/hour (with potential for review after 90 days)
- Fulltime hours (4050 hours/week) MondayFriday
- Some Saturdays if needed
