Job Description
Needed: Senior Real Estate Accountant with EB5 fund tracking experience: Our client is a vertically integrated designfocused real estate development company that creates distinctive hospitality real estate and lifestyle destinations.- Lead and supervise the internal accounting team (bookkeeper fund accountant senior accountant AP specialist) and outsourced accounting vendors.
- Own monthend quarterend and yearend closes; deliver consolidated financial statements and projectlevel reports.
- Oversee cash flow management including regular updates source tracking forecasting and project budgeting.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of spenttodate and inflows across all projects including investor deposits and funding.
- Supervise investor reporting K1 preparation distributions and compliance requirements.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliation across multiple entities.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable workflows; improve vendor and invoice management systems.
- Ensure integration and optimization of accounting systems (QuickBooks Northspyre Smartsheet).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors tax preparers and banking partners.
- Provide highlevel strategic insights and risk assessments to the executive team.
- Preferred: Experience with EB5 fund tracking compliance and reporting.
