Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join the team. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions to address business challenges and drive innovation. Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization including business leaders project managers and development teams is required to understand needs and translate them into robust and scalable architectures.
Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Architecture: Design and document detailed technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with the technology strategy.
2. Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend technologies platforms and vendors to meet project goals considering factors like cost performance scalability and security.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements present solution designs and communicate technical concepts effectively.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the solution implementation process.
5. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the proposed solutions.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams specifications and implementation guides.
7. Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies and trends and identify opportunities to enhance the existing architecture and processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing successful technology solutions.
3. Deep understanding of various software architectures design patterns and integration methodologies.
4. Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and related services.
5. Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
2. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
