Job Title: Data Scientist No C2C Full Time
Location: Tampa FL Onsite
Job Type: FullTime
Department: Data & Analytics / Technology
Reports To: Head of Data Science / Director of Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
Collect clean and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns trends and insights.
Build dashboards and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers engineers and business leaders to frame problems and deliver solutions.
Deploy models into production environments and monitor performance over time.
Stay updated on the latest developments in data science AI and analytics tools.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
10 years of experience in a data science or similar role.
Proficiency in Python R or similar languages for data analysis and modeling.
Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g. scikitlearn TensorFlow XGBoost).
Experience working with SQL and large datasets (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL BigQuery).
