Job Description:
As an Event Coordinator at Nexmos Design you will play a crucial role in planning organizing and executing events from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly on time and within budget. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to delivering highquality event experiences.
Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned events including logistics scheduling and budgeting
Liaise with clients to understand event goals and requirements
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Oversee event setup execution and breakdown
Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Handle any onsite issues or changes promptly and professionally
Prepare postevent reports and feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the event process
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detailoriented with problemsolving capabilities
Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally as needed
