Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a detailoriented and motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to support our event planning and execution team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of event coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment is proactive and has strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning organizing and executing various events
Coordinate with vendors clients and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met
Prepare event materials schedules and documentation
Support onsite event setup logistics and coordination
Monitor event timelines and adjust schedules as needed
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Conduct postevent evaluations and report feedback
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field preferred
12 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or evenings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
