Captura Hall is seeking a detailoriented and motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to support our event planning and execution team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of event coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment is proactive and has strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning organizing and executing various events

  • Coordinate with vendors clients and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met

  • Prepare event materials schedules and documentation

  • Support onsite event setup logistics and coordination

  • Monitor event timelines and adjust schedules as needed

  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

  • Conduct postevent evaluations and report feedback


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field preferred

  • 12 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or evenings

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
