On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Cabin Trim Assembler
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cabin Trim Assembler is responsible for the installation and assembly of interior trims and components in vehicles ensuring high standards of quality and adherence to safety protocols. This role involves mechanical and electrical fittings inspection of completed work and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience:
1 2 years in automotive assembly or interior trim work even in a semiskilled capacity.
Education:
Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Mechanics Industrial Fitting or a related field. Training from VETA or an equivalent technical institution in Tanzania is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Basic mechanical or automotive assembly knowledge.
Attention to detail and neatness in fitandfinish.
Good handeye coordination and physical stamina.
Understanding of quality and safety standards in a vehicle plant.
Familiarity with Swahili and basic English is an advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Bunching 630, Lead Machine, Mica Tapping, and Pairing machines. Understanding of cable insulation, wiring, and electrical standards. Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
