Job Description
Our client the specializes in designing and installing structures for the oil and gas industry particularly for offshore drilling platforms.
Position: Senior Process Engineer (Offshore & Onshore Projects)
Salary: Negotiation
Employment Status: 1 Year Contract
Working Hour: Mon Fri 8.00 18.00 Hrs.
Office Location: SCB Park Plaza Near BTS Ratchayothin BKK
Benefits: Group insurance OPD IPD.
Responsibilities
1. Detailed Engineering & Design
- Oversee the preparation of process engineering deliverables including calculations drawings specifications and Basis of Design reports.
- Review vendor data and bid evaluations.
- Raise and resolve technical queries; manage deviations from project specifications.
- Develop CTRs (Cost Time Resources) and support manpower planning.
2. Project Management
- Manage all process engineering activities as per the execution plan.
- Ensure ontime withinbudget delivery of quality deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks; support the realization of project opportunities.
- Lead engineering change processes and maintain client alignment.
- Provide regular progress reports and participate in client meetings.
3. Project Procurement
- Ensure engineering requirements are considered in procurement.
- Verify technical compliance of procured materials.
4. Construction & Offshore Support
- Provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
- Resolve site and fieldrelated technical issues as required.
5. Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Support QA/QC processes throughout engineering and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical or Process Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in offshore and onshore oil & gas projects especially in process and piping design.
- Experience with modular designs for refineries plants and wind farms is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of process design fabrication installation and commissioning.
- Familiarity with international standards such as API IEC ISO ISA NEC etc.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools such as HYSYS Flare System Analyzer PIPESIM OLGA or equivalent.
- Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills.
