Responsible for sales activities of service in assigned countries.
Promote service products (Spare part service and upgrade/modernization) to achieve sales goals commercial responsibility from offer clear order TNS and collection of overdue receivables.
Work closely with the customer service team within the department to deliver part & services in a timely manner. Aligning and exchanging with new machine ASMs.
Coordinate and steer Agents in the region; targetsetting and monitoring definition and tracking of measures. In areas without Agents targetsetting and measure definition/monitoring.
Conduct the market analysis for market potential follow by the product portfolio planning and strategies for short term and long term.
Provide monthly forecasting and pipeline management.
Responsible for customer complaints and problem solving.
Build/ maintain close relationship with customers and Agents. Customer visits for technical / sales discussion and promote service products.
Cooperation with manufacturing sites for all required support and project delivery.
Understand the technical requirements regarding Service of our customers and offer solutions together with the manufacturing plants
Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or/and other fields
Minimum of 3year experience in technical sales automation system solution preferably in machinery industry or technical industrial products
Good experience with MS Office CRM. Experience with SAP is preferred
Good English both in spoken and writing
Strong customers orientation; detailoriented and excellent problemsolving skills
Strong communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks using organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team environment with ability to travel in the region.
