Job Description
About the Role
As a Senior Investment Analyst at YIT you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic investment decisions across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Youll work closely with internal leaders and capital partners to design evaluate and implement investment structures especially those involving joint ventures and layered financing.
This is a strategic and operational role that blends deep financial modelling expertise with stakeholder engagement and leadership across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling
Independently build and audit advanced Excelbased models for real estate investments.
Structure project financing with layered instruments (senior debt mezzanine bonds).
Design models supporting feasibility valuation (DCF IRR equity multiples) and exit strategies.
Structure JV deals promote hurdles and multitier equity waterfalls.
Investment Management
Evaluate and present business cases for capital partnerships and JV investments.
Lead reviews of investment proposals and monitor financial performance.
Conduct due diligence financial statement analysis and market assessments.
Collaborate with Investment Directors and Managers on complex deals.
Relationship & Client Management
Manage stakeholder relationships with capital partners banks fund managers and consultants.
Represent YIT in client interactions and across multifunctional teams.
Capability Building
Drive your own professional development and remain uptodate with market trends.
Engage actively in knowledge sharing and team capability enhancement.
Qualifications :
Education degree:
- University
Education:
- Economics and finance management accounting
Language skills:
- English advanced (B2)
IT skills:
- Microsoft Excel advanced
- Microsoft PowerPoint advanced
- Microsoft Outlook advanced
Required Qualifications & Skills
Advanced Excel modelling skills in real estate including JV and layered financing.
Indepth knowledge of valuation tools return metrics and capital structuring.
Extensive experience in real estate investment management within the CEE region.
Strong foundation in finance economics accounting or law.
Excellent written communication analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced multiproject environment.
Strong leadership presence with ability to mentor and build team capacity.
Experience in a similar job:
- 23 years as an Investment Analyst

Salary range: starting from 2500 EUR
- the final offer depends on the candidates experience and qualifications the bonus system is part of the remuneration
