Wise is building the worlds most powerful money movement infrastructure designed to make international payments instant lowcost and transparent. Our mission: money without borders.
Weve built a highscale crossborder platform that processes billions in volume across 70 countries and were now bringing that infrastructure to banks fintechs and global platforms through Wise Platform our enterprise offering.
Were now looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help us expand and scale Wise Platform Issuing our global card infrastructure product.
Since 2018 weve been building and operating our own card issuing and processing stack the same infrastructure we now offer to our partners. Weve processed over 80B in card spend globally launched millions of cards and are Principal members with both Visa and Mastercard. This infrastructure has powered launches with industry leaders like Nubank in Brazil and Tiger Brokers in Singapore.
Wise Platform Issuing is not just a feature its a foundational capability that enables partners to embed Wises global money movement tools (cards accounts FX transfers) directly into their own apps and platforms under their brand and with our global reach.
Were looking for a product manager with deep fintech experience especially in card payments issuing network integrations or scaling financial infrastructure to help us take Wise Platform Issuing to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to build a categorydefining product at global scale backed by the engineering strength and mission of Wise Platform.
What youll do:
- Drive the strategy execution and growth of Wise Platform Issuing globally with a strong focus on scale resilience and partner success
- Deliver on the strategy and KPIs by prioritising the most impactful projects that move the needle on a quarterly basis
- Go beyond the traditional boundaries of a product manager to help deliver faster whether its owning your products compliance risk helping unblock technical issues or analysing data yourself where necessary
- Collaborate closely with engineering compliance operations and partner teams to deliver missioncritical infrastructure
- Deeply understand partner needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities
- Shape the future of embedded finance by enabling global platforms to issue cards and move money natively across borders
Qualifications :
- Have launched and scaled card programs worked with card networks or built integrations with card processors or issuing banks
- Understand the technical regulatory and operational challenges of global financial products
- Comfortable owning outcomes navigating complexity and building zerotoone infrastructure
- Want to help turn Wise Platform Issuing into the industry standard for embedded crossborder finance
- You are a clear communicator who can adapt to your audience and deliver key messages as efficiently as possible
- You have good technical understanding that can help unblock decisions from engineering leadership
- You can comfortably write SQL queries and analyse customer data to make datadriven product decisions
- Youre hands on dont stick to a by the book product role definition and youd do everything needed to make the team and the product successful
