About the role
We are seeking a highpotential engineer with a passion for GenAI and applied innovation. This role involves integrating AI technologies into new or existing applications developing APIs and backend logic and occasionally building crossplatform interfaces using tools like Flutter or React. Youll be part of a team driving realworld GenAI use cases and building rapid prototypes to accelerate business innovation.

Youll get to work as the Staff Software Engineer in your squad leading on discussions around technical direction and systems design as well as mentoring more junior members of the team
Responsibilities
- Develop AIpowered prototypes and productiongrade applications using GenAI APIs
- Build backend services microservices and cloud functions for intelligent workflows
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop userfacing solutions using Flutter or React
- Integrate observability and monitoring into GenAI services
- Automate tasks and pipelines using scripting (Python Shell)
- Contribute to innovation initiatives design thinking sprints and rapid MVP delivery
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 6 years in software development with interest or experience in GenAI tools
- Proficient in Python and at least one other modern language (JavaScript Dart Java etc.)
- Experience working with GenAI APIs (OpenAI Claude etc.)
- Exposure to frontend or mobile development (Flutter React or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD version control and cloud environments (preferably AWS)
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI agent frameworks or vector databases.
- Passion for usercentric innovation and creative problem solving.
- Willingness to work in ambiguous fastchanging environments with autonomy.
