Your mission:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing and coordinating meetings workshops and team events for our VP Legal and two Senior Finance Directors
- Culture driver: Support a positive and collaborative team culture by reflecting the companys values in daily interactions. Help maintain smooth communication across
- Communication & Coordination: Acting as an interface between different teams and external partners ensuring smooth information flow.
- Event Management: Driving internal events and administrative office tasks.
- Travel Coordination: Assisting with planning and booking business trips including expense reporting.
- Relational management: Develop and maintain solid working relationships with key stakeholders to effectively deliver seamless administrative support service to the business.

Qualifications :
The heroic skills:
- You have gained a minimum of 3 years of work experience supporting management
- You have excellent communication skills ensuring that tact discretion and diplomacy are at the forefront of your interactions
- You have firstclass written and communication skills in English.
- You have experience in working with teams in multiple locations and time zones.
- You are a highly professional individual driven resourceful detailoriented and happy to work in a fastpaced dynamic office where you have to think outside the box and provide an exceptional level of service and solutions
- You are customerfocused solutionoriented discreet and resilient with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills
- You are a proactive pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people
