About the role
Were looking for a UX Designer to join our team and work closely with our Product Director on shaping a new AIfirst product. Youll play a key role in designing the next generation of our platform one that is AIpowered intuitive and accessible to a diverse range of users.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. The role offers space for creative ownership and tangible impact on a highgrowth product.
What you will do
- Own product areas from discovery through delivery including flows wireframes prototypes and final UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Team to design thoughtful user experiences.
- Turn complex data and compliance tasks into simple intuitive workflows.
- Help define and design AIpowered features that support human decisionmaking in complex environments.
- Work with QA engineering and product to ensure design quality from concept to release.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and scalability across the platform.
Who you might be
- Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently with structured collaboration.
- Skilled at prototyping and validating ideas through quick iterations.
- Experienced in conducting lightweight research and usability testing.
- Interested in both discovery and delivery from ideation to shipped product.
- Detailoriented and committed to quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Curious about design impact and motivated to learn from user behavior and outcomes.
- Confident working with and extending design systems.
