Job Description



Novacura is seeking a dynamic Sales Director Nordics to lead and execute the companys growth strategy across the region. This is a key leadership role focused on expanding our market presence driving revenue and grooming a highperformance sales team.

About the job

Youll oversee direct sales in four Nordic regions supported by a sales team of eight employees and you will be reporting to CEO.

Your focus will be on activitybased selling and applying proven sales methods to drive results. You will also be responsible for forecasting performance tracking and ensuring customer alignment throughout the sales process. Budget ownership and leadership in key contract negotiations are also part of your responsibilities.

Collaboration is keyyoull work crossfunctionally with internal teams such as Marketing Product Consulting and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

You have a strong background in selling complex IT and digital solutions to B2B enterprise customers particularly in the private sector. You bring strategic thinking valuebased selling expertise and a solid network in the Nordic industrial sector.

You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to design and implement gotomarket strategies (that generate measurable ROI) across various industries and systems. You have a track record of building developing and leading highperforming sales teams. In addition to being a strong leader youre also a handson Key Account Manager capable of nurturing longterm relationships with some of our most important clients.

  • 10 years of sales leadership experience in Business systems SaaS or digital IT solutions
  • A deep understanding of one of the leading ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Educational background in a relevant field
