Job Description

Weve got an exciting opportunity to join our highenergy fastgrowing sales team. If youre a natural hunter a born dealcloser and someone who thrives in fastpaced environments this is your chance to shine.

As a New Business Sales Executive youll play a critical role in driving digital transformation for scaleups midmarket organizations and category leaders in the Professional Services sector. Your mission: sell Unit4s ERP Financial and HCM solutions win new logos and help our clients unlock their true potential.


This is a hybrid role based out of our Stockholm office.

What Youll Do

  • Craft and execute a killer new business sales strategy to hit ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
  • Qualify leads like a pro and engage key decisionmakers with a consultative valuedriven approach.
  • Own complex sales cycles from start to finish orchestrating crossfunctional teamspresales value engineering marketing and moreto close big deals.
  • Deliver powerful resultsoriented presentations to Clevel execs focusing on their core challenges and the Office of the CFO.
  • Help prospects see the business impact of our solutions turning skeptics into believers.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our tech and keeping up with industry trends

Qualifications :

  • Youre a gogetter with at least 35 years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • You have a proven track record in ERP or SaaS sales (mandatory).
  • Youre a pro at navigating the Professional Services sector and understand its unique needs.
  • Business processes You know them inside and out.
  • You have the charisma to inspire the resilience to negotiate and the vision to guide clients toward success.
  • Youre a team player with a hunters mindset always looking for that next big win.
  • Youre comfortable engaging and influencing Clevel executives turning tough challenges into bold opportunities.
  • Mentorship leadership and collaboration come naturally to youyoure always ready to lift others while driving results.
