Job Description
Perform hardware and software diagnostics on Apple devices
Repair or replace faulty components
Work in line with Applecertified procedures and tools
Update service records and communicate with clients
Collaborate with sales and support teams for postservice care
Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in IT Computer Engineering or related field
Familiarity with Apple hardware and software
Certification from Apple (ACMT) is a plus
Attention to detail and customer focus
Ability to manage repair tools and diagnostics systems
