Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Creative storytelling and content development
- Producing a broad range of editorial content both short form and long form including social posts
- Editing of content provided by clients and outside editorial contributors
- Copywriting of bylines white papers etc
- A great understanding of and constant experimentation with using Generative AI for producing editorial content a keen awareness of Edelmans guidelines for the responsible use of AI and the ability to counsel account teams on best practice for using Generative AI tools.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in writing journalism or editorial communications.
- Bachelors degree in journalism communications English or a related field; a masters degree is a plus
- Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills in English.
- Proven ability to produce clear compelling content under tight deadlines
- Experience developing content for diverse formats including thought leadership speeches reports web copy and social media
- Strong understanding of regional cultural and media landscapes particularly in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable providing strategic editorial counsel to clients and internal stakeholders
