Alfarabi is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registrar Clinical Pathology to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare institution. The Registrar Clinical Pathology will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing diseases through laboratory testing and analysis. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results contributing to highquality patient care.
Responsibilities
* Perform and interpret a wide range of clinical pathology tests including haematology biochemistry microbiology and immunology.
* Analyse patient samples and interpret results ensuring accuracy and reliability.
* Prepare detailed reports of findings and communicate them effectively to clinicians.
* Participate in quality assurance and quality control procedures to maintain laboratory standards.
* Contribute to research and development activities within the department.
* Stay uptodate with the latest advancements and best practices in clinical pathology.
* Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all laboratory activities.
* Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
* Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a specialisation in Clinical Pathology.
* Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia (or eligibility to obtain one).
* Proven experience working in a clinical pathology laboratory setting.
* Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques procedures and quality control measures.
* Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Ability to interpret and communicate complex laboratory data effectively.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
