Job Description
Job Opening: Service Engineer (Switchgear/RMU)
Industry Manufacturing
Department : Quality Dept.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation testing commissioning and troubleshooting of switchgear & MV products.
Perform repairs maintenance and modifications in line with ABB standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction prepare reports maintain tools and deliver onsite training.
Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service
Prepare the tools and equipment that are related to the jobs on the todo list
Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition
Promote HSE practices train team members and ensure safe equipment use.
Handle accurate documentation for compliance.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
5 years experience in switchgear MV Panels Protection Relays IEC 61850 SCADA
Strong in problemsolving communication planning and customer service
