The Opportunity

Adobes Professional Services is a dynamic group of outstanding consultants who partner with customers to define execute and govern digital marketing strategies so they can realize the most value from their Adobe investment.

Our team is thrilled to have the opportunity to hire an AEM Consultant (FullStack) to drive success with our customers and internal teams around effective design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. This team is comprised of technologysavvy individuals who have experience in digital marketing and know its value in driving company strategies. You will work with clients to strategize and drive business value from the platform and enable them to adopt & scaleup in their maturity roadmap.

What you will do:

• Represent Adobe Professional Services as an AEM Technical Consultant advising bestpractice approaches and technical implementation for Adobe Experience Manager engagements
• Coordinate with client teams and own the conversation to define use cases goals objectives to support the business needs
• Build system and application artifacts to achieve defined digital experience and business needs
• Engage and promote recommendations to client teams
• Work within a high technically focused team to provide technical guidance in the design and planning of solutions with AEM
• Effectively analyze complex project issues devise optimal solutions and facilitate the recommendations to the Clients and Partners
• Ensure alignment between business strategies information technology roadmap and technical and tactical deployment teams
• Contribute to Adobes AEM practices collaboration channels and share valuable feedback for product improvement

What you need to succeed

Technical Skills

• Bachelors / Master degree in computer science engineering or similar.
• Proven multiyear experience with Java/JEE Sling Servlets OSGi JCR Queries core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Felix.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs JSON GraphQL Unit Testing GIT agile methodologies and software design patterns
• Expertise in core web technologies including XML HTML5 HTL client/serverside scripting Javascript Jquery.
• Dispatcher Configuration Clustering CRX repository Workflows Replication and Performance management.
• CI/CD tools like Maven Jenkins.
• Good conceptual understanding of modern frontend frameworks technology like React or Angular.
• Forwardthinking in terms of knowledge of the latest web technologies trends.

• Drive conversations with peer levels at customers and partners
• Strong in risk management and handling challenging engagement situations in a proactive way
• Be a role model team member and support others
• Selforganized professional who prioritizes your work schedule in a multiengagement environment
• Ability to involve other specialists to ensure success
• Excellent verbal interpersonal and written communication skills in English French (preferred) other European languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to travel based on project demands.
