Job Description
We are recruiting a Local IT Technician to solve customer support issues onsite in the Bucharest office. You will be responsible for providing the local support for all employees and you will work along a team of skilled and motivated technicians! We are looking for an extremely proactive IT technician with a keen interest in technology who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services.
Responsibilities
- ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software).
- Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately.
- Respond to computer related service and trouble calls.
- (Desktops/Laptops) Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions.
- Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software.
- Support of key engineering applications at use within the business.
- Move workstations and peripherals as required.
- Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment cables outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes).
Key requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops laptops printers and peripheral devices including hardware and software support.
- Experience with ITSM Tools: Ability to accurately track and manage incidents using ticket management systems.
- Installation & Configuration: Experience with setting up installing upgrading and moving IT hardware and software (IMAC activities).
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Proactivity: A keen interest in technology with the ability to suggest improvements and evaluate new products or services.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with local and remote IT teams in a dynamic environment.
- Customer Focus: Strong communication and customer service skills to support internal users onsite.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks related to workstation and equipment management.
