Job Description
Were looking for a Junior IT Risk Specialist who must be based in Porto. This professional will be part of a team ensuring the Third Party IT Risk Management (TPTRM) deployment including Cloud solutions
Job main activities:
Coordinating Cloud solutions assessment related deliverables
Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders
Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in the Group Tool regarding IT Third Parties
Perform duties related to the administration and followup of processes of COE ICT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:
Key Risk Indicators
Obsolescence
Shadow/Light IT
Permanent Controls
IT Risk Quality
Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions
Recommendations followup
Historical Incidents
Qualifications :
Mandatory skills requested for this position:
- Essential:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient this job does not require high technical expertise).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience.
- ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable.
- Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated.
- Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel.
