In this instance we are on the lookout for a/an Site Manager.
Location:
Sines Portugal
Work Modality:
Sitebased.
Main Functions:
Coordinate and establish strategic relationships with local authorities clients business partners subcontractors and suppliers.
Act as a liaison between project management and government entities particularly the Ministry of the Interior.
Responsibilities:
Quality assurance and control throughout all phases of the project.
Implementation of Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) policies.
Construction activities.
Subcontract administration.
Supervision of budget execution and cost control.
Planning and monitoring of construction schedules as well as preparation of progress reports.
Coordination of field engineering logistics and material management at the worksite.
Supervision and management of the workforce as well as site operations and business activities.
Coordination of precommissioning commissioning and project handover phases.
Maintenance of optimal labor relations and liaison with local authorities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.
Proven experience in EPCm projects and site management from an engineering perspective.
Must have held this position in at least 3 previous projects.
Fluent in English.
