Mission:
Drive the annual performance cycle improving employee performance and fostering talent development within the company by aligning employee goals with organizational objectives. Key responsabilities:
- Develop and manage performance initiatives such as performance management goal setting skills assessments and talent initiatives such as succession planning talent review and development and leadership programs.
- Establish clear performance metrics and goals aligned with organizational objectives regularly evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Promote career development conversations ongoing feedback and performance discussions to support employee growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with department leaders and HR Business Partners to create targeted development plans for highpotential employees and critical roles ensuring quality and regular progress checks.
- Integrate competency frameworks and company goals across all levels of the organization to reinforce makros culture.
- Continuously assess and enhance performance management and talent development processes using datadriven insights and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Degree in in Human Resources Psychology or related fields;
- 12 years experience in a similar role;
- Strong collaboration and networking skills as well as excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- A holistic approach and the ability to embrace a broad perspective with a growth mindset;
- Strong project management skills and professional experience in driving development projects/initiatives within the business;
- Fluent Business English is a must both spoken and written.
