Job Description

Were seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the standardization and modernization of global voice infrastructure including the retirement of legacy systems and migration to modern platforms like MS Teams Voice. The project scope includes Cisco CUCM Skype for Business Audiocodes Luware and Attendant Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of legacy voice systems (CUCM Skype Teams Voice)

  • Define and implement global IT voice standards collaborating with vendors and internal teams

  • Ensure secure highavailability infrastructure with disaster recovery and access control

  • Coordinate business requirement alignment testing and deployment

  • Manage project timelines budget compliance documentation and stakeholder communication

  • Run technology scouting PoCs and support solution design decisions


Qualifications :

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of IT infrastructure PM experience with focus on voice and network systems

  • Strong technical background in MS Teams Voice Skype Cisco Call Manager Audiocode Luware

  • Experience in pharma or regulated environments including GxP/FDA compliance

  • Certified PMP or Prince2 strong communication and problemsolving skills

  • Fluent in English
