Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lisboa Portugal
Work Regime: Fulltime & Hybrid (1x office per month)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with at least 3 years of handson experience to join challenging and dynamic technology projects. The role focuses on requirements definition and collaboration with crossfunctional teams within complex system environments and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Gather and analyze functional requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders;
- Write clear and wellstructured user stories and define acceptance criteria;
- Work closely with Product Owners development and QA teams following Agile/Scrum practices;
- Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives;
- Support backlog prioritization and ensure smooth communication between technical and business teams;
- Attend client meetings in Lisbon at least once a month.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex system environments;
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies especially Scrum;
- Strong skills in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria;
- Highlevel understanding of web mobile and system integration architectures;
- Portuguese and English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written);
- Availability to start within 1 month; immediate availability is highly valued.
Complementary Requirements:
- Experience in the Healthcare industry;
- Experience with projects developed using OutSystems technology.
