Responsible for managing and optimizing financial systems and tools:
- System Expertise: Act as the primary expert for finance tools and other financial software;
- Implementation and Integration: Introducing new financial software and ensuring it operates smoothly;
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to finance staff how to use financial tools effectively and be the overall contact person for external tool/service providers and internal stakeholders;
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for finance tools and processes;
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and tool enhancements;
- Data Management: user management structural and content adjustments for all systems and tools ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the tools as well as ensuring that the use of the tools complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Information Technology or a related field
- Several years of experience in Finance Accounting or similar position.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in financial software and tools (Accounting Finance Tax and Treasury systems)
- excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- strong communication and collaboration abilities within crossfunctional teams
