Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a fullstack web developer to join our Growth team. In this highimpact role you will be responsible for driving technical and product strategies operations architecture and execution for one of the largest sites in the world.
Job Responsibilities
You will work crossfunctionally with product design and engineering teams to execute the product and business strategy.
Your focus will be on building novel products and features that enhance user experiences.
You will contribute to the full development cycle including technical design development testing experimentation analysis and launch.
Additionally you will collaborate with a team of motivated engineers contribute to standards that improve developer workflows and mentor junior engineers to help them grow their technical expertise.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to execute product and business strategy
Develop novel products and features for othe nboarding experience.
Contribute to the full development cycle including technical design development testing experimentation analysis and launch
Review code design documents and provide feedback on product specifications and mocks
Contribute to improving developer workflows and recommend best practices
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience primarily focusing on developing userfacing reusable UI components managing application state efficiently and optimizing performance in one or more generalpurpose programming languages preferably Javascript Typescript Golang and Python
Knowledge of GraphQL REST HTTP basics and the ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on schedule
Entrepreneurial spirit selfdirected innovative and thrive in fastpaced environments
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with remote teams and communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
Technical leadership experience
Other Details
Timing: 4hrs of overlap with PST time zone (e.g : 10am 1pm PST)
Work from home opp.
Payment made based on only hours worked. Candidates need to take care of all statutory compliances and taxes by themselves.
Most of the jobs require 8 hrs of work per day hence they cant do dual employment and have to fully commit to the role.
