Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional to join our Global HR Operations team to lead the implementation/change and continuous improvement of HR processes in line with Global Mobility/Project Workers policies and procedures.

In this position you will be accountable for working closely with the Center of Expertise (CoE) Leaders and stakeholders on design and improvement of processes and systems in the area of responsibility. You will develop the HR Operations approach ensure proper handoffs and transfer of work to HR Operations for standard repeatable and quality execution.

You will report to the Global Delivery Expert for Compensation & Benefits.

How you will make an impact

  • Accountability for Delivery:

Using the knowledge of processes and tools provide clarity on tasks and standard ways of working to support speed and quality of delivery. Ensure Delivery Teams are properly trained about new processes and/or enhancements and that there is full clarity risks and coach the teams to mitigatethese and propose continuous improvement activities with both CoE HR Ops delivery teams and other GPOs/GDEs. Coach the GM teams within HR Ops and identify skill gaps and opportunities for development. Design shared metrics and KPIs to improve service model and Internal Controls performance and derive improvement actions where as Tier 2 and Tier 3and use issue management as a driver for change . Set up process for regular monitoring of data quality and followup actions . Serve as deputy to the Global Delivery Expert for C&B providing support and assuming responsibilities as needed to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

  • Process CoOwner:

Understand the CoE strategy and help operationalize processes and tools. Use broad data process and systems expertise on HR processes (GM; ELC; C&B) to influence CoE decisions and provide visibility into interactions with other areas and possible conflicts .Continuously engage withCoEProcessOwners & Delivery Teams to understand pain points and gaps and propose ways tostreamline & improve always considering endtoend delivery. Ensure proper documentation KnowledgeControl & Change Management of theprocessare established and maintained. Own change management within HR Operationsand work together with CoE on communication and change management towards the broader HR Function and our customers. Drive translation of Change Requests into actions for HR Ops

  • Collaboration:

Establish and maintain close interaction communication and twoway feedback between HR Operations and HR CoE teams. Drive smart decision making to foster brilliant employees experience. Regularly assess progress with key stakeholders to keep our approach dynamic as the organization evolves. Be an active and collaborative member of the Global HR Processes and Governance Team to strengthen and develop the HR Operations strategy develop further consistency of management approaches and sharing of best practices.

Your background

  • Education & general experience:

Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR CoEs or HR Operations working with cross functional and cross culture teams

  • Area knowledge & experience:

Basic understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in context of international assignments including work permits/visas tax differences and social security agreements or obligations. Experience in leading or implementing complex system/process related projects in partnership with CoEs. Sound HR Operations & project management experience

  • Soft skills:

High degree of client orientation and service mindset . Ability to build relations across various teams / countries / culturesExcellent communication skills (oral written and presentation skills)

  • Work approach:

High degree of structure and selforganization and result orientation Lean methodologies experience

  • Hard skills:

Strong analytical skills initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures

  • Tools experience:

Techsavvy with strong ability to navigate and utilize various software tools. Workday skills are a plus

  • Language skills:

Fluent in English (oral and written)
