How you will contribute
You will:
- Contribute to the demand management cycle of theintegrated business planning (IBP) process manage forecast compilation process which includes owning the shorttermweekly plan and the longterm forecast
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate and delivering finished goods inventory at target levels
- Develop strong linkage with Supply Hub Planners Order to Cash and Commercial Teams
- Highlight production planning issues / bottlenecks / proposeinitiate immediate action focus on root cause analysis and support for endtoend process
- Reduce and mitigate Ageing Stock and waste risk through initiating appropriate stock balancing
- Act as the main Point of Contact for other team members in terms of problems or escalations as well coordinate their daily work and assign tasks
- Be active part of product development projects
- Create and update internal tools for simplification and optimalization daily work
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Previous experience in and solid understanding of Supply Chain (Demand Planning Replenishment Copacking Order to Cash Logistics) or Supply Planning
- Experience in a fastmoving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment preferably in food or other fast moving dynamicindustry where shelf life is a constraint
- Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
- Fluency in English
- Problem solving skills and drive for results analytical skills & ability to understand and interpretdata
- Ability to delegate tasks and distribute work among others
- Outofthebox thinking and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication style and ability to work under time pressure
- Experience in working with multinational teams would be an asset
