We are looking for you if you:
- education:Bachelor/ Masters degree in finance Economics Statistics Mathematics Information Management or a related field
- experience:minimum of 37 years of experience in credit risk analytics or a related field preferably within a financial institution
- technical skills:proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and SAS experience in utilizing BI tools (e.g. Power BI) to enhance data visualization is deemed a plus
- knowledge:good understanding of credit risk principles including regulatory frameworks such as Basel IV IFRS 9 CRD IV / V Regulation EBA Taxonomy
- analytical skills:exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights
- communication:excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data and analysis clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
- attention to detail:high level of accuracy and attention to detail in work outputs particularly in data analysis and reporting
- teamwork:ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being a selfstarter who can work independently.

- a professional certification (e.g. CFA FRM PRM ACCA)
- technical background related with data area
- working in banking industry before
- experience in project management and planning.
Your responsibilities:
- refinement Coordination and review of Data Collection and Data Quality processes
- gathering analyzing validation and monitoring the implementation of DQ Dashboard requirements
- translating business requirements into technical data requirements for data teams
- you ensure that all requirements of all relevant stakeholders are acknowledged in the analyses and the different solution designs
- coordinating data flows in the bank
- supporting the testing process for delivered data based on the requirements you have gathered and analyzed
- preparing the documentation (in English)
- project management for complex data collection projects
- support data quality initiatives / review of data quality governance rules etc.
Information about the squad:
You will be part of the Data & Reporting area within the Data department which is part of COO Risk (GRS Global Risk Services). This is a part of Risk Hub a business unit which main aim is to shape the future of risk modelling and data analysis in Poland. We are also part of global crosslocation tribe Data & Reporting we have colleagues in Amsterdam Warsaw and Manila.
You will play the role of Business Analyst in Credit Risk Area (Data Collection & Data Quality). This area focuses on assessing planning coordinating and improving data collection activities whilst developing improving standardizing and delivering data qualityinitiatives for COO Risk. You will work with many stakeholders across the organization.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Data Management Expert III.
