Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Lead and inspire a highperforming security teamof 3 Product Security Engineers responsible for conducting global secure design reviews and threat modeling for directtoconsumer products including highprofile platforms like MAX.
  • Provide technical leadershipand manage security projects with precision from conception through global deployment and seamless handover.
  • Execute and support key performance indicators for the product security program
  • Expertly conduct threat modelingto proactively identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities at the earliest stages of product development.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with DTC product managers engineers and crossfunctional teamsto design and develop secure innovative features and functionalities for directtoconsumer products.
  • Implement security tooling and processes to scale architecture and product security reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance the security of directtoconsumer products and services fostering a culture of security awareness and excellence within the organization.
  • Manage and mentor technical staffin alignment with company policies and structures overseeing the recruitment training and professional development of toptier security personnel.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate security technologies and tools staying ahead of the latest security trends and emerging threats.
  • Develop and enforce industryleading security best practices and standardsfor engineering teams providing comprehensive guidance and training on secure coding and testing techniques.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelors or Masters degreein Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
  • 5 years of experiencein information security with a focus on product security and secure software development.
  • Extensive experience conducting secure design reviews and threat modeling for global directtoconsumer products.
  • Strong technical expertisein security architecture secure coding practices and vulnerability management.
  • Demonstrated abilityto provide visionary technical leadership and manage security projects from conception through global deployment and seamless handover.
  • Expertise in threat modelingto proactively identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities at the earliest stages of product development.
  • Experience collaboratingwith senior product managers engineers and crossfunctional teams to design and develop secure innovative features and functionalities.
  • Indepth knowledgeof regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product security.
  • Proven track recordof driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the security of directtoconsumer products and services.
  • Management skillsto oversee the recruitment training and professional development of toptier security personnel.
  • Uptodate knowledgeof the latest security trends emerging threats and cuttingedge security technologies and tools.
  • Experience developing and enforcing industryleading security best practices and standardsfor engineering teams with a focus on secure coding and testing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsto effectively collaborate with InfoSec leadership and crossfunctional teams.

Hybrid Working This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and inoffice work following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
