As a Software Engineer Marketplace & Integrations youll sit at the intersection of innovation and impact. Youll work closely with strategic partners and clients to cocreate custom solutions ship productionready integrations and continuously refine extension points based on realworld feedback. Expect occasional travel across Europe and North America and meaningful exposure to senior leadership. This role opens doors to future paths in product management architecture or tech leadership.

Recruitment process:

Responsibilities:
Rapid Prototyping & Development
- Build proofofconcept integrations using APIs webhooks Embedded Apps and iPaaS tools.
- Leverage AI Agents and lowcode tools to accelerate delivery.
Developer Enablement & Documentation
- Review and enhance public developer docs and SDKs.
- Open pull requests instead of creating tickets.
Customer & Partner Collaboration
- Corun hackathons and workshops with clients and ISVs.
- Mentor partner developers and gather insights to refine APIs and extension mechanisms.
Ecosystem Evangelism
- Develop plugandplay integration templates and code snippets.
- Write howto guides host webinars and present at community events.
Innovation Scouting & Fieldwork
- Collaborate on earlystage tech initiatives like agentic AI and RAG copilots.
- Travel (up to 1 week/quarter) to coinnovate onsite with key customers.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise
- Proven experience shipping publicfacing products or integrations.
- Backend proficiency in Java Python or Ruby.
- Frontend experience with React and TypeScript (or strong willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs OAuth and webhooks.
Hackathon & Startup Mindset
- Passion for rapid iteration prototyping and handson collaboration.
- Regular contributor or participant in hackathons.
Communication & Partner Interaction
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
Bonus Points
- Apps published on platforms like Slack Shopify or Atlassian.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms or edge compute environments (e.g. Cloudflare Workers).
- Opensource contributions to SDKs or dev tools.
