Currently we are looking for an HR& Payroll Specialist with Italian
Job location:
Wrocaw or remotely from Poland
Main responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with federal state and local payroll wage and hour laws and best practices.
Maintaining and updating employee records related to payroll benefits and other HR and TM related information.
Managing employee benefits programs time team data health insurance retirement plans and other companyprovided benefits.
HRrelated document preparation
Ensuring activities are following the required deadlines.
Main tools
Good Excel skills
Outlook
SAP SuccessFactors (preferred but not mandatory)
other HR information system
An ideal candidate should have:
Ability to handle and maintain employee databases ensuring the accuracy and security of information.
Italian language will be an asset
High analytical skills mature and responsible for delivering tasks on time and to the highest quality standards
Nice to haves:
Communication skills
