Summary of Responsibility
The Senior Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and aligning and innovating our products offerings and engineering technologies. This position is ideal for a handson leader who can enable our engineering team to succeed and responsibly deliver highquality software solutions. You will be one of the leading engineers in our multilocation team. Your role will involve not only handson development but also influencing aligning initiatives delivering highimpact solutions and building robust solutions with high quality.

Hybrid / Remote Anywhere within Krakow Poland.

Essential Functions
- Technical Mastery: Utilize your extensive fullstack development knowledge in JavaScript TypeScript Python AWS and database engineering to lead by example. Innovate and implement advanced solutions in specialized areas of our technology stack. Handson experience in cloud computing. Having knowledge of DevOps IaC and Security concepts will be an added advantage.
- Project Delivery: Commit to and consistently deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Ensure timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Influential Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers across teams to align everyone to deliver on the business goals as per effective architecture and the right technical solution.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative approaches. Leverage strong problem solving skills to navigate and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly with crossfunctional and crossgeographical teams demonstrating exceptional collaboration skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong technical proficiency and technology leadership skills are highly desirable
- Proven experience with Python (2.7 is a plus) Django MariaDB and/or MySQL
- Preference will be given to engineers with experience in Javascript / Typescript /
- Demonstrated experience as a strong individual contributor with a track record of delivering results
- An agile work ethic and ability to adjust quickly to changes
- Handson experience handling cloud computing (AWS or GCP)
- Hands on experience in serverless architectures and an excellent understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps tools and concepts
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
