Worked in FinTech or in Financial Services sector

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
Managing a team of frontend (web android and ios) engineers with vast experience and skillset
Managing backlog and roadmap and making sure that everything aligns with organization priorities
Conducting performance evaluations
Creating plans and deliverables
Keeping watch on technical direction and excellence
Promoting the teams work and platform features
Reviewing new technologies proof of concepts and analysis
With your expertise helping developers from product teams use the platform in an efficient way
