Job description
- Content Creation: Develop engaging creative and visually appealing social media content (graphics videos and posts). Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Facebook Instagram YouTube LinkedIn TikTok etc.).
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends social media algorithm changes and emerging platforms.
- Campaign Planning: Assist in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Paid Social Media Ads: Set up and monitor paid social media campaigns optimizing for reach engagement and conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Track measure and report campaign performance (CPC CTR CPL and ROAS) using analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copies and headlines tailored to drive clicks and conversions.
- Competitor Research: Analyze competitors ad strategies to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Hashtag & SEO Optimization: Research and implement effective hashtags and keywords to improve discoverability.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors social media activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Crisis Management: Handle negative comments or PR issues professionally and in line with company policies.
- Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Hootsuite Buffer Canva and other social media management platforms effectively.
- GoalOriented: Meet KPIs such as follower growth engagement rates and website traffic from social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in business administration marketing or relevant field.
- 12 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms including their algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Knowledge of SEO digital marketing and branding principles is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
