Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Specialist to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in driving dataled decision making. In this role you will be responsible for building and automating reporting solutions enabling financial transparency and collaborating across departments to streamline processes. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for data financial analytics and crossfunctional problemsolving in a fastpaced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Report Automation & Dashboarding:
Design develop and maintain recurring and adhoc dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational finance needs. These may cover P&L performance accounts receivable vendor payouts commission tracking and business unit visibility among others.
Data Reconciliation & Accuracy:
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across internal systems and external platforms. This includes orderlevel reconciliations subscription services wallet balances and financial projections.
Process Improvement Projects:
Identify opportunities to optimize manual processes and lead automation initiatives in collaboration with crossfunctional teams such as Data Treasury Tax Marketing and Fraud.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with departments including O2C R2R Fintech Spaces Commercial and Marketing to support their data needs enabling realtime decision making through robust BI solutions.
Financial Visibility & Strategic Insights:
Support senior leadership with Clevel dashboards and executive summaries by consolidating multisource data into actionable insights.
AdHoc Analysis & POCs:
Respond to evolving business needs through onetime analyses proofofconcept reports and special projects tied to growth compliance or financial strategy.
Qualifications :
24 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or FP&A roles.
Strong command of SQL Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Experience working with financial systems such as SAP is a strong plus.
Bachelors OR Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science Statistics Economics Computer Science Business Analytics)
Google Data Analytics Microsoft Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications is preferred
