Position: Compliance Analyst
Job Type: (EntryLevel Remote Pakistan Based)
Experience: 0 6 months (Fresher can also apply)
Salary: 150k above

Summary
Our client is hiring a Compliance Analyst (EntryLevel Remote Pakistan Based. The ideal candidate is a graduate of IBA or LUMS eager to learn and start a career in AML/CFT compliance. This role offers indepth training client exposure across the MENA region and an opportunity to work on policy development risk assessments and compliance frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in drafting and reviewing AML/CFT policies based on jurisdictional regulations
* Participate in compliance training development and delivery
* Support compliance risk assessments and help identify areas for improvement
* Work closely with clients to implement and maintain effective compliance systems
* Stay informed on evolving AML/CFT laws and marketspecific regulations
* Prepare compliance reports and documentation
* Provide ongoing support for client AML processes and sanctions screening
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree from IBA or LUMS
* Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
* Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
* Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn
