Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in fitness and personal training to join our growing team. This unique role is ideal for someone who combines outstanding customer service skills with handson experience in the fitness industry. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries resolve issues and deliver exceptional service to ensure a superior customer experience. This position involves multichannel communication and collaboration with internal teams to support the growth and satisfaction of our healthconscious customer base.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email phone and chat with prompt accurate and friendly support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism empathy and effective problemsolving.
  • Provide product and service information tailored to customer fitness needs and goals.
  • Leverage fitness knowledge to guide customers on product usage benefits and appropriate selections.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions including issues resolutions and customer feedback.
  • Process customer transactions such as orders returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring customer concerns.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service policies and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with company products fitness trends and customer service best practices through training and development opportunities.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.


Requirements


Requirements/Skill Set:
  • Certified Personal Trainer or demonstrated skills in fitness and wellness.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role preferably within an Australian context.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms like Zendesk Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal with a customerfirst mindset.
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations and provide solutions with patience and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with or advising customers on fitnessrelated products is a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Setup and Location: Work from Home Setup
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM AU Eastern Time 9:00 AM 6:00 PM PH time
Employment Type: Full Time
