Job Description
This is a remote position.
An amazing opportunity to work with a leading Australian Commercial Fencing Contractors Company for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Estimator VA.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the internal team you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Estimator VA.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fencing industry estimating or the construction industry (preferred not essential)
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Trade certificate in a relevant field such as construction or fencing (preferable not essential)
- Familiarity with EstimateOne (E1) SIMPRO or similar software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a workfromhome position it is important to note that this is a fulltime role not a freelance or flexiblehour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a longterm fulltime job not a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bimonthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 7:30AM to 4:30PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
Minimum 2 years experience with Cabinet Vision or Planit drafting software Trade certificate furniture making (preferable not essential) Minimum 2 days training on Master Cabinets Cabinet Vision software prior to starting Good communicator Friendly and well mannered Excellent organizational skills Ability to work within a team Self-motivator Good physical state and health
