Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular website scans to capture snapshots of key industry pages tracking updates and trends.
Analyze competitor strategies market movements and emerging trends within the automotive sector.
Compile accurate and structured reports ensuring data precision and timely delivery in specified formats and locations.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness to colleagues and stakeholders providing realtime updates and addressing feedback promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to align insights with business objectives.
Consistently monitor and adapt to changes in the industry landscape and digital presence.
Perform data entry and other related tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in market research data analysis or competitive intelligence preferably in the automotive sector.
Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with impeccable accuracy in data collection and reporting.
Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying insights and findings.
Highly responsive and adaptable with the ability to address urgent updates and requests efficiently.
Ability to work effectively within U.S. time zones providing realtime support during key project periods.
Proficiency in research tools web monitoring and data management.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Basic understanding of online platforms and digital environments.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
Delivery: Complete and submit a specified number of reports per month to prevent backlog in QA and analytical processes.
Timeliness: Ensure all reports and insights are delivered on schedule without delays.
Accuracy: Verify all findings thoroughly before submission to maintain precision.
Responsiveness: Promptly address queries and updates from internal stakeholders.
