This is a remote position.

Own the Sales Pipeline and Redefine AIPowered Growth as a Remote UK Sales Operator!


Time: 4 pm to 8 pm PH Time (UK Time Zone: 9AM 1PM GMT)
Rate: Rate: Php 30000 per month
Location: Remote (Offshore)
Schedule: PartTime 4 hours/day
Department: Sales / Business Development

Overview

This is not a dialing job. This is a performancedriven sales seat for UKbased lead generation and deal closing. The Workmate must fully own their outcomes drive conversion using AIenhanced sales scripts and continuously refine outreach using data from CRM and dialer tools. Success in this seat means making confident calls handling rejection with energy and adapting fast not following instructions but engineering results.

Remote Workmate only places AIpowered sales talent those who reduce client lift drive early impact and create system improvements from Day 1.



Key Responsibilities

  • Book 25 qualified sales appointments per month using AIsupported sales scripts
  • Manage CRM entries log lead activity tag deal stages and ensure zero data loss
  • Draft cold email templates and rebuttal prompts using ChatGPT or similar AI tools
  • Join LMSbased sales reviews weekly and integrate coaching feedback
  • Reduce prospect noshows through proactive reminders and better calendar followups
  • Close deals independently and report win/loss insights into CRM
  • Suggest improvements to scripts workflows or tools to improve conversion
  • Represent the client professionally during all outbound sales communications

  • AIPowered Outreach: Use ChatGPT to create at least 5 customized rebuttals email templates or call scripts by Day 30 that improve prospect engagement and reduce hangups.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Book a minimum of 25 qualified sales appointments per month using AIenhanced call scripts and CRM tracking consistently starting by Day 30.
  • CRM Mastery: Achieve 90% accuracy in CRM logging tagging and followup documentation by Day 30 to ensure deal flow visibility and lead nurturing.
  • NoShow Reduction: Decrease call noshow rate by 25% by Day 60 through proactive reminders scheduling automations and improved precall messaging.
  • AIDriven Optimization: Submit 3 workflow or script improvements using AIgenerated insights or call analysis tools (e.g. ChatGPT Gong or internal LMS) by Day 75.
  • Closing Performance: Successfully close at least 2 UKbased sales deals and update win reasons in CRM by Day 90 to demonstrate conversion capability and strategic followup execution.



30/60/90 Day Milestones

  • 30 Days: Hit 85% CRM documentation accuracy. Book at least 20 discovery calls. Draft 3 rebuttals using ChatGPT. Submit 1 improvement idea.
  • 60 Days: Book independently. Improve call handling based on LMS feedback. Contribute insights to internal sales playbook.
  • 90 Days: Close at least 2 deals. Build out followup workflows. Reduce calendar noshows by 25% through automation and better scripting.



Quality Hiring Scorecard (RoleBased Competencies)


  • Conversational English Fluency: Demonstrate clear confident and persuasive communication during live calls and roleplays by Day 15 with 90% positive feedback from CSM or LMS reviewers.
  • Rejection Resilience: Sustain consistent call energy and positive tone through 50 dials/day showing bounceback within 30 seconds postobjection and logging insights in CRM by Day 30.
  • CRM & Dialer Agility: Achieve 95% CRM accuracy for notes tags and followups by Day 30; independently navigate call queues filters and activity logs without supervision.
  • Proactive Initiative: Submit at least 3 AIenhanced script or workflow improvements (via ChatGPT LMS insights or scheduling experiments) by Day 60 that impact conversion or call quality.
  • Coachability & Culture Fit: Receive 2 documented instances of positive feedback from team leads or CSMs by Day 45 for openness to coaching transparent communication and cultural alignment.


Requirements

  • 1 2 years of outbound phone sales or appointmentsetting experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong spoken and written English; neutral or UKaccommodating accent preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Zoho Pipedrive) and dialers
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain composure across multiple calls
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT AI email writers or sales automation is a plus
  • Strong selfmanagement time ownership and performance accountability
  • Comfortable working UK time zone (9AM 1PM GMT)
