Job Title: Administrative & WooCommerce Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 01:00 PM San Diego CA time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative & ECommerce Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative and ecommerce tasks including proofreading customer communication product management and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using various software platforms possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general virtual office support including data entry and generating reports as needed.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally ensuring excellent customer service.
- Return phone calls and manage email concerns with clear and professional English communication.
- Proofread various documents and materials for accuracy and clarity.
- Create and manage product listings in WooCommerce and Console platforms.
- Look up customer order information on WooCommerence for internal and customer needs
- Marketing & Communication:
- Create and send weekly newsletters using Mailchimp including campaign creation list management (purging low engagement subscribers) and reporting.
- Design and create engaging graphics for marketing materials using Canva.
- Send regular communication emails using Microsoft office and internal communications with WooCommerce
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or ecommerce management.
- Proficiency in using Mailchimp including campaign creation list management and reporting.
- Proficiency in using Canva for graphic design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong follow up on regular tasks
- Proficient in data entry and report generation.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
